Registration Terms and Conditions
All costs referred to are in GBP or EUR and all payments must be made in the according currency. During the online registration process, payments by major credit cards (American Express, VISA and MasterCard) are accepted.
Payment by bank transfer shall be accepted up until 2 weeks prior to the start of the selected training course. Afterwards only credit card payments will be accepted in order to expedite the process.
Payment must be received prior to the start of the training for the registration to be confirmed.
Please note that SAE does not accept registration fee payments by check.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you cannot attend, you may send a substitute or transfer to a future offering. A full refund is issued if you notify SAE at least 14 days prior to seminar start date. If canceled less than 14 days prior, the full fee is charged. For € 50 /£ 50, you may process a one-time transfer to a future offering within one year of canceled seminar. Note: SAE reserves the right to change instructors or cancel seminars. SAE cannot be held responsible for costs incurred other than the registration fee. Prices subject to change; registrations will be charged at the current price.
To complete all course requirements and to obtain a Certificate for successfully completing this course, attendees must attend and participate in the full three days and successfully pass a comprehensive in-class learning assessment.
Certificates for successfully completing this course will be issued by Probitas. To receive certificates, each delegate must create a personal account on the Probitas website. Once Probitas completes its evaluation of a delegate’s in-class performance, certificates will be uploaded to the individual delegate’s account for downloading. Please note that SAE does not provide signed attendance sheet.
In the case of government intervention or regulation, military activity, strikes or any other circumstances that make it impossible or inadvisable for SAE AS13001 Aerospace Supplier Quality: Common Training for Self-Release Delegates to take place at the time and place as announced, the participant shall waive any claim for damages or compensation except the amount paid for registration after deduction of actual expenses incurred in connection with the conference and there shall be no future liability for either party.
